Planning poker for teams that estimate together
Create a room, share the code, and let everyone vote on the story at the same time. Votes stay hidden until the host reveals them, so nobody anchors on the first number said out loud.
Free. Up to 32 people per room. Sign up with your email, Google, GitHub or Microsoft.
Everything a refinement meeting needs
Real-time voting
Everyone sees who has voted the moment they vote. When the host reveals, every card turns over at once.
Fibonacci or T-shirt sizes
Pick a modified Fibonacci deck (0 to 100) or T-shirt sizes (XS to XL) when you create the room.
A story backlog
Add up to 50 stories per session, estimate them one at a time, and record a final estimate for each.
Average at a glance
After the reveal, Fibonacci rooms show the average of the numeric votes to help the team settle on a number.
Breaks and AFK
A coffee card asks for a break, and anyone stepping away can mark themselves AFK so the room isn't waiting on them.
Export to CSV
Download the stories and their final estimates as a CSV file to paste into Jira, Azure DevOps or a spreadsheet.
How a session works
- Create a room. Choose a name and a voting scale. You get a short room code.
- Share the code. Teammates sign in and enter the code to join.
- Vote. The host picks a story; everyone chooses a card in private.
- Reveal and agree. The host reveals the votes, the team talks through the differences, and the host records the final estimate.
New to planning poker?
